I’m trying crazy hard to start only buying fruits that are in season; as much as I would love to eat strawberries all year long. This feels super hard until I realize pomegranates are in season!! Whoop, whoop! Also seasonal: my desire to eat everything in sight. It seems like everywhere I look there are sugar cookies, chocolate covered pretzels and other treats…most of which I can’t indulge in thanks to that good ‘ol gluten intolerance. When I think about it, that’s probably a good thing! After I popped these pomegranates into my cart, I knew I needed some dark chocolate to go along with it.
