Cute, In Style, High-Quality Hiking Boots for Women
I’m not going to lie, I was born both an outdoorsy girl that also cares very deeply about what shoes she puts on her feet. Yes, I want comfort, but also…it has to look aesthetically pleasing. Judge if you must, that’s who I am. And, now after months of researching hiking boots, I’ve decided to share my findings with others just like me. Here is a compilation of cute, stylish hiking boots for women that are still high-quality and will get the job done!
Columbia Newton Ridge Hiking Boot
These are actually the boots I wound up going with for our hiking adventures.
Not only are they affordable, but they are also super cute and waterproof! They have a 4 and a half star review on Amazon with over 6,000 people who reviewed them!

To be totally honest, these were the boots I kept eyeballing while we were shopping around for hiking boots! However, I would have had to order online and they were nearly twice the cost of the Columbia Newton Ridge Plus boots I ordered.
However, I think with more preparation, I will definitely be opting for these next time. And I wouldn’t mind more than one color!

Merrell Ontario X Storm Kromer
These super cute Merrell women’s hiking boots are great because they could be a better fit for winter, but still work well throughout the rest of the year. Styled after Charlie Brown’s famous Stormy Kromer cap, they have that little bit of wool around the edge — and it’s adorable.

- Waterproof
- Seal resistant
- Full-grain leather upper
- Air cushion in heel to absorb shock
Eddie Baur K-6 Boot
Yup. I adore these. And guess what? This style is originally from 1964! Just goes to show how styles totally come around again! These ones are very similar to the Columbia Newton Ridge’s as well except a little cleaned up!
You can get them in paprika or black on the Eddie Bauer website.

- Sure-footed Vibram outsole
- 2 lace colors
- Waterproof

LL Bean Katahadin Hiking Boot
These cute retro-style women’s hiking boots have cute light blue accents and come in Dark Cement and Oakwood/Brown.
While this style of hiking boot is better suited to the mind hiker, they are also are stylish enough to be worn completely as street shoes without anybody noticing!

- Suede leather and mesh upper
Sorel Lexie Wedge Waterproof
I think it’s safe to say the red lace look is pretty in these days! Now, I’m not one to recommend wearing a wedge when you are hiking, but I would be lying if I said I hadn’t done it before!
So, for those of you lovely ladies who like a little bit girlier of a look, these are for you! Maybe not for serious hiking, but definitely a cuter style if you also want to be practical for weather.
Sorel Lexie Wedge:
- Durable in rain
- Available in waterproof leather
- 3-inch heel
Danner Mountain Light Cascade
I’m definitely seeing a pattern emerge with the more stylish women’s hiking boots, how about you? This tan color with red laces seems to be the fan favorite and I get why.
However, I love the second option for these Danner Mountain Light Cascade hiking boots as well!
