Personally, I am not winter’s biggest fan. I definitely prefer a perfect 70 degrees fall day over a 30 degree, windy, cloudy winter day. But, the one thing I do love about winter is hot crockpot meals. When I started eating healthy, I realized there is no better way to eat healthy than with hearty crockpot meals.
