After doing some serious Christmas baking this year I found myself with leftover almond bark white chocolate as well as a little bit of frosting after decorating our gingerbread men. Combine that with my leftover pomegranate and BAM, an idea was born! I always do my best to make the most of everything we have so that nothing goes to waste, and these gluten free scones were perfect and crazy delicious!
I have always been a huge fan of scones but was so nervous to ever attempt making them myself. Then, when I realized I had to start eating gluten free, I was even more terrified!
