  1. 1. Over low heat melt almond bark. To avoid clumps you can add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. 2. Once melted spoon a little chocolate into 15 mini cupcake liners
  3. 3. Push 3 marshmallows into each cupcake liner until they are mixed in with chocolate.
  4. 4. Spoon additional chocolate on top of marshmallows. Ensure they are well coated.
  5. 5. Use spoon or rolling pin to break candy canes into small pieces.
  6. 6. Sprinkle candy cane pieces on top of melted chocolate. Use fingers to gentle push down to ensure they are in the chocolate.
  7. 7. Allow time to cool.
  8. 8. Use in hot chocolate as additional flavor and fun!
